Statistics for Russia are provided on the UNP website for the period from 1990 to 2021.
Interestingly, with the collapse of the USSR, the number of intentional murders per 100 thousand people more than doubled. In 1991, it was 15.14, in 1992 - 22.77, and in 1994 - 32.3. This was the maximum belize mobile phone numbers database figure, but until the mid-2000s, there was no significant improvement in the situation: in 2003, there were 28.65 murders, in 2005 - 24.64. Then there was a rapid decline to 11.6 in 2010, at about this level, this figure remained until the second half of the 2010s. Then the decline began again, and in 2021, a record low in the entire history of observations was reached - 6.77.
With this indicator, Russia ranks 54th out of 204 countries in the world (in descending order of the number of murders). Among large countries, the situation is better in the United States (5.76 in 2023).
It is curious that the situation in Ukraine was noticeably better in 2021, where only 3.84 murders occurred. However, after the start of the SVO, no data from Ukraine, as well as from Russia, was received by the UNP.
