How to create a blog from scratch and sell it once it is positioned on Google

Post by Abdur12 »

At Quondos we are about to launch a new mini-project. It will involve the creation of a blog to sell once it is well positioned on Google.

I want to be honest with you. I have never done it. I have certainly done it, but I have not done it with the aim of actually selling it yet. It will be a matter of time because it is one of the next course guides that we will launch at Quondos. The best way to learn is to get going and move from idea to action.

Although both Alex and I have been working in online marketing for more than 10 years, it will be a challenge. Carrying out this project in Spain is not the easiest task in the world:

Given the economic crisis, this is not the best time for potential buyers to invest.
There is not really a liquid market for buying and selling japanese email address list web projects (I don't count Sedo and there is not much movement either).
Lack of documented success cases to draw conclusions and copy the strategies used.

What do you need to consider when you want to set up a blog and then sell it?
We have been wanting to set up this type of project for a while now. It is a relatively popular topic in other markets such as the United States. They call it blog flipping and it sums up in two words the fact of creating a blog, positioning it on Google and selling it in the shortest possible time. Spain is different . Each market is a world unto itself, so what works abroad does not necessarily have to work in other countries. Before starting, you have to ask yourself the following questions:

Are there potential buyers in the market?
There should be at least 20 potential buyers on the market at first glance. This is the minimum number that should be kept in order to have a wide range of sales opportunities. It should be assumed that only a small percentage of companies will be interested in your offer. If the initial test is too small, the chances of success will be practically zero before you start.
