Does it make sense to create a blog in a niche with a lot of competition?

Post by Abdur12 »

One of the main doubts of beginner bloggers is the question of which niche to launch into. Is it a good idea to enter a highly competitive niche?

The question of whether or not it makes sense to create a blog within a topic with strong established competition is probably one of the most frequent ones on this blog. I have realized that until now I have not given a precise answer to this doubt that many of the readers ask me verbally or by email. The short answer is yes. Maybe you are still not convinced so let's analyze it in a little more detail.

When I started this blog more than 4 years ago, you could japanese mobile number list kick a rock and 300 marketing blogs would pop up. Now we know that things haven't improved much since then. I quickly realized that at that time there was hardly any content on blogging in Spanish (yes, seriously, 4 years ago almost no one touched on this topic). The first posts on the subject were liked by readers and although I don't have a clear focus on my blog, today they make up the vast majority of the posts.

I would say that marketing is in the top 3 niches in terms of competition. But look at Susana Morin of Lovevisualmarketing.com and how she is making her way among thousands of blogs. While many write broadly about internet marketing topics , she has focused on the visual aspects of the subject. She touches on tools, platforms and strategies to boost your brand with the help of visual marketing.

Do you think that everything has been said about content creation? You probably haven't heard of Maïder Tomasena's blog yet . She has noticed that almost no one has specialised in creating posts about content that sells. This is what is known in the English-speaking world as copywriting . Thanks to her blog, she is the one who chooses the clients and not the other way around.
