Generally, the AOP is led by the company's manager, who is responsible for allocating resources and determining positions and activities. However, this depends on the type of project being carried out.
The AOP presents the details on how to achieve the goals outlined in the company's strategic plan. For example, if the company wants to achieve revenue of $100,000 by 2026, a AOP could set each annual target at $25,000 from 2022 to 2025 to achieve the stipulated figure.
