Negotiating yourself? Prepare yourself

5. Try to work with real estate agents
If you are going to talk to real estate agents, try to be creative. Is there a possibility to work together or to get on Funda? We eventually put our house on Funda in collaboration with a local real estate agent. That did not directly lead to more viewings, but it does ensure that you are also visible there in the mix.

6. Your leads aren't always genuinely interested
The most interested buyers call. Realize that when you call leads, you will also get people on the phone who are not immediately interested.

7. You can also use just Facebook
Don't have a website? Just think what a simple Facebook post with the right images can do. I know of several examples of people I know who have already come into direct contact with potential buyers in this way.

Also do the entire negotiation process yourself? The website of Vereniging Eigen Huis (Dutch Homeowners Association) provides a lot of information about the entire sales process, from the first viewing to the delivery of the home.

How would you approach your own home marketing hospital ceo email list campaign? Are there things you would do differently? I’d love to hear about it in the comments below!

How do you ensure that the new intranet is a success? A question that Paul Kouwenberg (web advisor) and Irma van den Meijdenberg (communication advisor) of healthcare institution Thebe (region Noord-Brabant) asked themselves a year and a half ago. After a number of mergers and a reorganization due to cutbacks in healthcare, the communication team suddenly consisted of two instead of seven people. Nevertheless, they managed to successfully implement the social intranet 'Jet' with limited resources. In this article, they share the do's and don'ts.

Paul and Irma have given the intranet a face by visualizing the name Jet in a personification of the employees. From day one, Jet was a household name, a colleague and a source of inspiration for communication campaigns and resources such as labor market communication. How does the communication team use the intranet and 'the person' Jet? What are the effects of giving the intranet a face? And what is the role of Jet in other communication expressions?

At the bottom of the blog you will also find a handy infographic with tips to help you on your way to a successful social intranet.
