There are ways to do your work undisturbed and resist the temptation of your mobile phone. Think of turning off your notifications or consciously 'going off the air'. The latter appears to be a way for half of the respondents of the study to have more focus on the task you are working on, or who you are with.

They turn off their phone (36%), put it away for a while (44%) or turn the sound to silent (42%). It will be special lead difficult at first if you are used to checking your phone every time it beeps, but after a few tries you will see that it becomes easier and how your productivity skyrockets.
