For all direct opt-ins, consent must

DPDPA Imperative: be informed, specific, unambiguous, and freely given. Maintain clear records of consent.
Publicly Available Business Directories (Primarily for B2B):

Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC): The official repository of registered companies in Bangladesh. While not offering bulk lists, you can search for businesses by registered address (city, district) and industry. This provides company names, which can then be further enriched.

Chambers of Commerce & Industry (e.g., DCCI, CCCI, Sylhet CCI, local gambling data hong kong District Chambers): Member directories often categorize businesses by location and industry. These are invaluable for B2B lists within specific cities or districts.
Google My Business (GMB) & Online Business Directories (e.g., BDYellowpages.com, Address Bazar, local classifieds): Searching these platforms by city, district, or even neighborhood allows you to compile lists of businesses, their addresses, phone numbers, and sometimes websites.

DPDPA Consideration: While public, using this data for unsolicited direct marketing (especially cold calls or emails to personal business contacts) requires careful consideration of "legitimate interest" and immediate opt-out options. It's best used for initial research and enrichment before seeking consent for direct outreach.
