Setting Q3 OKRs is tricky. But it’s worth it. At SquadS Ventures, we set our goals every quarter with the entire team. It’s an intense process and takes time. This process shapes our next three months. We set goals 30% to 40% above what we think is possible. This pushes us to push ourselves and keeps our standards high.
