As a digital entrepreneur with several years of experience in developing SaaS products, I have always been fascinated by the ability to understand human beings and their behavior, especially those who are using the products we bring to life. Perceiving the human brain as a “complex and indecipherable” entity that only manifests itself with limited behavioral outputs, I was intrigued by how to interpret “what is going on inside each person’s head.” That’s when I discovered psychometrics, a corner of the analysis of human behavior through hard indicators.

A new challenge in the field of mental health
This is one of the challenging opportunities that SquadS Ventures gives us to learn and [re]start in new verticals such as mental health. In this case, through the Mental Test Lab project, we are simplifying and streamlining the application of psychometric techniques through the use of technology. We have been in production for just 90 days with this new SaaS with more than 200 evaluations carried out that endorse the excellent work that the team led by Martín Gabriel Jozami Nassif and Laurencia Moyano Ferreyra is doing.
