Every customer relationship can be transformed into a digital one, making it more efficient and satisfying for both parties. But how does this happen?
To implement a digital onboarding process, we need to start looking at each phase of the onboarding process and understand how we can digitize it, ensuring the necessary support in the absence of the “human” presence component such as contact with an operator.
This is how electronic signatures can be successfully integrated and used as an efficient and time-saving tool.
After the COVID-19 pandemic, 68% of Italians expect to be able to contact ghana whatsapp resource companies via digital channels (IlSole24Ore)
Digital onboarding, including electronic signature of contracts, is among the ten priority investments for the banking sector (ABILab report, 2022 )

The simplest way to increase the value of a FES is to provide for the use of an OTP (one time password) code to be sent to the signatory, via SMS, app or email. Sending the OTP code to a device owned by the signatory constitutes a form of authentication of the signatory, and allows the person to further confirm their willingness to sign that specific document. Processes of this type are particularly suitable for the implementation of an electronic signature, because it becomes possible to rethink them completely in a digital key.
If we take the Italian scenario as an example, some research has shown that:
