To achieve this goal, we divided the lectures into theoretical and practical parts. We supported the participants throughout the training and after it, provided assistance in launching advertising campaigns in social networks. 35.6% of all participants present at the training launched advertising campaigns.
It is worth considering that the launch was not a mandatory task, as it requires financial costs. However, most participants expressed interest in launching advertising campaigns in the future.

Separately about the training
In 6 days we tried to give the maximum of necessary and useful information to the participants. The course was developed and presented from scratch and up to the full launch of the advertising campaign. During this time, a full immersion in targeted advertising was conducted, where the following topics were considered:
Basics of targeted advertising — concepts and principles of operation of the advertising auction, analysis of accounts, tools and their capabilities;
Planning and preparation for the launch of advertising — audience and budget planning, competitor analysis, website/page preparation before launch;
Working with ads — analysis of ad types, examples of effective ads, technical requirements of the system;
Launching an advertising campaign — a practical lesson with analysis of campaigns with three different goals. Analysis of types of bidding and strategies;
Advertising publications through the advertising account;
Analysis of results — concept of basic metrics, setting up reports in the account;
Working with Google Analytics — implementing the code on the website, working with the tool and reading the indicators;
Basics of SMM marketing — What is SMM, what types of content are there, how to define the target audience and work with it, how to create high-quality content and prepare a content plan.
After completion, all participants continued to communicate with the trainers and then helped each other with advice.
Upon completion of the training, we received a letter of thanks from the organizers.
