This, according to activists, is "nonsense", since the device will have to cool the heads of two patients at once.
"In hypothermia, controlled cooling is important, that is, receiving feedback from the patient via a rectal temperature sensor, the device lowers or raises the temperature of the cooling liquid. And in the ATG-01 there are two helmets, that is, two patients are connected to it at the same time, each of them has their own temperature, despite the fact that the device has only one liquid-cooled circuit for two and there is no rectal thermometer. Therefore, it is not clear how the ATG-01, even hypothetically, can do controlled cooling of two patients at once," the consumer protection society said in its appeal.
The activists support their arguments with references to international studies ( 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 ), which talk about a decrease in the patient's overall temperature (core temperature) and estonia whatsapp number list overall hypothermia, but only under the condition of simultaneous use of a helmet, blanket or cuff and a rectal thermometer, which allows automatic monitoring of the patient's temperature. In the ATG-01, of all the additional gadgets, there are only two helmets.
The activists are sure that the ATG-01 device is not intended for hypothermia. All over the world, analogs are used to prevent alopecia (hair loss) caused by chemotherapy. They point to one of the devices similar to ATG-01 - Dignicap, produced by the Swedish company Dignitana. This device and the domestic ATG-01 almost completely coincide in technical characteristics and configuration. But the declared purposes of the devices are different. The Dignicap device was developed back in 2001, and in 2010 it was even registered in Russia as "DigniCap device for the prevention of alopecia" FS No. 2006/1281. There is another device similar to ATG-01 Orbis for the prevention of alopecia, hair loss during chemotherapy (Paxman Coolers (Great Britain), Its appearance and characteristics are identical to ATG-01.
The court showed the cost of the device
In 2021, JSC Izhevsk Mechanical Plant, by order of Cryotechnomed LLC, produced and shipped 64 ATG-01 devices to the company. However, the customer evaded payment for the equipment received for several years. According to the case data, Cryotechnomed LLC owed the Izhevsk plant more than 72 million rubles. It was revealed in court that the price of one device, at which the customer purchases it from the plant, is about 1.2 million rubles.
In court, the companies agreed on a settlement agreement, according to which Cryotechnomed will pay the full debt according to the schedule established by the parties.
The ATG-01 has two helmets.
