The aggressive customer
In contrast to the gentle customer, this type uses a heavy hand. The aggressive customer complains a lot and makes sure that he can be heard everywhere. Apologies are not something you should approach him with. With a quick and efficient solution you will gain his appreciation. Address this customer via a different channel. Listen carefully and ask if there is anything else going on. And propose a solution with which you tackle the problem.
