Step 1 : Create CJM.

Step 2 : Based on the prescribed stages of the turkey consumer email list customer journey, draw up a flow chart of communication with him: at which stages which employees interact with a potential or current client, what they should do at each stage.

Step 3 : Based on the flow chart, build a funnel in CRM, where there are stages of interaction, tasks at each of them (so that they are understandable to the performers), and those responsible are indicated.
